Contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Legalease Ltd / Legalease.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and an invoice containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation email to you.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel your order within seven (7) working days from placing the order, including where you enter the contract online, with a full refund being given. Any subscriptions to print journals or online are deemed to start from receipt of your completed order or registration form. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please notify us in writing at subscriptions@legalease.co.uk. After the seven working day cancellation period, partial refunds are not available. However, you are entitled to continue to receive the issues covered for the remainder of your subscription duration or nominate a colleague to receive the remaining issues.
Subscriptions are not automatically renewed and we will issue documentation at a time approaching your renewal date to invite you to renew.
Returns
If hard copies are returned to us in the post, we will make contact via email or telephone to establish the correct name and/or address and resend the copy to you. If you have changed address and/or the named recipient has left the company, please notify us at your earliest convenience, in writing so that we can update our records accordingly. In addition, any missing issues need to be claimed within one month of non-receipt and we will send a replacement copy to you. Prices and VAT
All prices, where relevant, include VAT at the current rate. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, we endeavour to regularly update all publicly available sources of price information to ensure that you have accurate information available to you when you order.
Special Trading Terms
Any supply to an agent, bookseller, wholesaler or other distributor under favourable trading terms will be subject to a separate supply agreement negotiated with that organisation.
