Article 10 provides that ‘everyone has the right to freedom of expression’. Article 13 requires that ‘everyone whose rights are violated shall have an effective remedy before a national authority’.

Household-name employers in both the public and private sector are piloting a voluntary scheme to select candidates for interview on a ‘no-names’ basis, in a bid to curb discrimination and prejudice.
