The Conservative Party’s surprise election victory on 7 May makes the shape of UK employment law over the next five years much clearer. Instead of complex coalitions or minority government scenarios, we have a far more straightforward outcome – the first majority Conservative government since 1992, committed to implementing its manifesto commitments in full. So what employment law changes can employers expect in the new Parliament?
