CONSUMER CREDIT ACT 1974: Unfairness as justice?

The recent Court of Appeal decision in Harrison & anor v Black Horse Ltd [2011] has shed light on the legislation regulating ‘unfair’ relationships between lenders and borrowers (normally consumers).
